One of the most comfortable shoes that I've ever owned! The foot shaped toe box and the VERY breathable upper make this shoe very nice to wear on a daily basis. For running it's ok, though Altra have lighter / more responsive shoes. But for daily walking with an occasional run these are amazing. Beware of the zero drop, it does take some getting used to and your calves may let you know at first. Also - the laces that came with the shoe would very easily get untied, so I bought different ones to get rid of the problem
